John 20:19-20 On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!”20 After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord.
21 Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”
Seeing the resurrected Christ had to be the most thrilling...mind blowing experience. The disciples were so elated they were..."Overjoyed."
The aura of such an encounter can make you think that you ll never have another problem;
never feel bad again;
stay on the high forever.
But the fact is...we can plummet to worry, anxiety, and trouble in the blink of an eye.
The grace of God is so good.
Therefore...we thank Him for every day of blessing.
When bad times come...we thank Him still;
Knowing that just as He chose our blessings He also allows our trials; the trial of our faith is also working something good.
