Talk - Coldplay - Resolution

Amos 3:3

King James Version (KJV)
Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

It was reported that years ago the multi-instrumentalist & drummer Will Champion walked out on the band for over a week. Chris Martin, a non-drinker, was so upset, that he became highly intoxicated.

An episode such as this could very well be the inspiration for the hit song... "Talk".

Misunderstanding, disagreements, and frustration between individuals is common. Maturity is knowing how to navigate through these arguments to a peaceful; agreeable resolution.

You may notice that compromise is not an option for some people...and that's unfortunate. Pride and the unwillingness to admit wrong doing has been the death of many many great ideas and movements.
Come on...somebody say, "my bad!"

When it comes to harmony and success...everyone must be on the same page; working toward the same goal. When tempers or arguments spill over and threaten the good thing you have going, perhaps its time to...TALK.

Coming to an agreement requires discussion. Discussion requires patience; Patience requires love... in allowing each other, as well as yourself, to share...without judgement...without tempers; seeking a positive outcome.

James 5:16
Confess
your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed.

Its important to note that confessing your OWN weakness and sin could be just the right tone for a productive resolution. Airing out offences begins first with an examination of your own heart...and... to trust another with their evaluation of you.
OOHH...That can be tough.

Try this.
Agree that each will share a personal struggle or vice, with complete honesty.
Then...share a vision or dream. You will be encouraged by the presence of unity that will appear.

Agreeing & Confessing will lead to a WIN  WIN
