Aggression or anger is a symptom of NO strength or control.

Violence will bring you no good thing. Violence toward your beloved...is insane.
Whether it's your parents, siblings, loved ones, or close friends, violence toward them uncovers a deep and dark spiritual problem.

Share your pain with someone...TODAY...; regardless of what end you're on.
If its the perpetrator, share your frustrations with a skilled counselor or pastor that can teach you how to conquer anger. Most importantly, as the receiver, tell God ALL your worries...and speak to someone in authority about your abuse.

Its not all about anger management...its about learning the greatest of these...LOVE... and and how to show it.
