Colossians 1:13 For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Have you ever had a family member or friend come to your rescue? I have...! My wife and kids have saved me from many cliffhangers...not to mention saving me from...myself...a time or two.
Tough love, as this song suggest can even be a rescue as well; when we are forced to see the crooked path we have chosen.

The greatest hero is the Lord Jesus. He rescued us from sin, death, and hell. He saved us and He still saves today. He came to your rescue because He loves you. So much so...that He died for your sins.
Sin separates us from the heavenly Father and everything that is good.
The penalty of sin is death.
He couldn't stand for that.... so...Christ, sinless and pure, willingly died for us.
After He paid the penalty for our sin debt, He rose from the grave.
If you believe in Him and call to Him in prayer; You Too Can Be Rescued...and not Swallowed In The Sea
