Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain.

Predicting your future with a glass of water has been around for centuries; ripples and all.
Its unwise to look for your future in this way; with trinkets and tricks.

Oh, son, don't ask  

Neither how full nor empty is your glass  

Cling to the mast  

Spend your whole life living in the past  

Going nowhere fast
