As a father, I get happy when I'm talking to Stephen, Hailey, or Allison, and... when I asked what they've been up too they come back with something like this: "ah nothing much, just helping out a friend." Thats no nooothing...that's soooomthing good.
There's an old saying, "A burden shared...is a burden paired."
You can help carry someones load and make this world a little brighter and lighter. Its not only what friends do but it also fulfills a part of our Chrislike duty. God is happy when He sees us reaching out to care, comfort, or carry someones burden.
He also rewards us in ways that we can't define. Do unto others...lights will guide you home, and I will try...to fix you.
