Isaiah 1:18
American Standard Version
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith Jehovah: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
God extends an invitation to reason; to talk. To Him, sin is glaring like a red scarlet letter or a crimson stain. HIS invitation is for us to think with Him and consider our options.
We can't wish our sin nature away...
You can't run from it...
No self helps can eliminate the red stains of sin... WHAT'S THE SOLUTION?
In Christ you can be washed by HIS royal blood to remove your scarlet sin.
RED ON RED = WHITE
Covered by his blood makes you white as snow
Shielded by His grace; pure as wool!!!
