Spies - Coldplay

Matthew 7:2-4

Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
For with the judgment you use,[a] you will be judged, and with the measure you use,[b] it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye but don’t notice the log in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ and look, there’s a log in your eye?

Mote hunters...! Some consider themselves an expert at discovering and pointing out the faults of others; spying and snooping about.

Isn't it interesting how we are quick to point out the mistakes of others but we expect others to tolerate our own?

Its unlikely that you can alter the unhealthy habits of another but you do have control of your own actions.

Practice seeing the good and positive attributes of others instead of picking out their faults. Failing to see any person as a candidate for Gods grace is egregious in itself and the culprit of pride.

See them as....Christ sees them
Look with eyes of grace as you would expect for yourself.
