Like a city that is broken into and without walls

A Rush of Blood to the Head...all in one sentence...I'd say your
talking about ANGER.
On one of my long distance bike rides I came across a sign that
read, "anger...bridge is out." For a second I was puzzled. A few
seconds later...I was slamming on the brakes.
Anger...of any kind, uncontrolled, righteous indignation, or
whatever can dismantle our lives limb by limb. It can be our ruin and
undoin'...just like a blind plunge off a broken bridge.
Without control over our spirit, Satan has a field day. If our life is
like a walled city, anger and rage will breach our wall exposing us
to disaster; in all things with close relationships, those u love, and
career suffering the most.
Take your frustration to God. He will teach you how to control and
surrender your spirit to His
